Here, they are macerated in alcohol, shielded from sunlight and heat to preserve their delicate flavors. The result is an infusion of exceptional quality, later transformed into this unique liqueur. Certified at its origin, this liqueur boasts scientifically recognized antioxidant properties, as noted in Plant Foods for Human Nutrition (2017).
