These “Sfusato IGP” lemons are hand-picked just as they were hundreds of years ago and are cultivated without chemical pesticides. Pallini Limoncello is created by infusing “Amalfi Coast Lemon PGI.” The lemons are sourced from the terraced groves on the Amalfi Coast and are picked by hand only when fully ripe. After harvesting, the lemons are immediately peeled and infused in alcohol. Our family recipe has been passed down for over a century.
