Yogurt can be prepared automatically with this product. A maximum of 1 liter of milk can be curdled. In case of powdered milk with it, it should be liquefied, heated on the stove and thickened and take up to 1 liter of milk in the bowl of yogurt maker. Do the same for condensed milk. It is definitely safe as you can make unadulterated yogurt at home. Curd preparation process: Pour enough milk into the steel container and add little water if desired.
