Villani's Ventricina salame is made from only high quality pork cuts, milled to a medium-coarse grain, mixed with paprika, crushed chilli and fennel seeds. The result is a determined and spicy sausage that remains true to the typical salami from southern Italy, and of a superb red colour when sliced.
