Spreadable spicy salami made according to a traditional recipe from the town of Spilinga in Calabria. Produced from carefully selected pork fat and meat, mixed with 25% local chillies and salt. The mixture is then placed inside the pig's casing, known as 'orba,' which has a round shape, while the narrower version is called 'crespone.' This ready-to-serve nduja is perfect for spreading on grilled bread, in a sandwich, or on pizza, and it can add incredible flavour to pasta sauces, vegetables, and cooked beans.
