Description The testo 106 food-thermometer allows fast, accurate measurement of the core temperature of food (or other semi-solid products). It can take up to two measurements a second. Thanks to this impressive performance, the food thermometer is perfect for quick checks during food controls (e.g. in industrial kitchens, catering, restaurant chains, or food retail sector). This is what the testo 106 food-thermometer offers The testo 106 food-thermometer features an NTC temperature probe which not only accurately measures the core temperature of your products, but also leaves barely discernible puncture holes (thanks to its narrow 2.2 mm diameter measuring tip). As the user, you can set your own limit values; if these are exceeded, the food-thermometer alerts you with a visual and acoustic alarm. This means you will see and hear immediately when critical temperatures are reached. Another extremely practical function is automatic final value recognition (auto hold). HACCP-compliant measurements with the testo 106 food-thermometer The food-thermometer comes with a protective probe cap to protect the measuring tip from damage. We also offer the indestructible and IP 67 compliant waterproof TopSafe protective case (can be ordered separately). Combined with the TopSafe case, the testo 106 is an EN 13485-certified and HACCP-compliant thermometer.
