Description The testo 104-IR BT penetration infrared thermometer was developed for fast, reliable temperature checking in hectic day-to-day practice. In combination with the testo 250 HACCP management system, this measuring instrument ultimately enables paperless performance and documentation of temperature measurements. This means it simplifies and optimizes adherence to food safety standards and directives. All readings are automatically sent via Bluetooth to the HACCP Check App on the testo 250 Tablet. This saves the data and supports employees on site, including when there are violations of limit values, using stored corrective measures. The compact instrument’s penetration probe is always securely stowed away on the instrument itself. As soon as it is opened up, the display automatically switches on.
